(Moy-shah) I’m 3 1/2 years old, I’m a mostly laid back kitty who loves to sleep, but I have some times of day where I really like to play! Chasing a ping pong sized ball is one of my favorite activities, but I also love a good wand fishing toy (but I’m low key afraid of feathers!). I’m extremely food motivated and have even been learning clicker training! I can sit, get up, get down, spin, and sit pretty. I am even well behaved around houseplants! I use my litter box perfectly, and if I have a scratching board I won’t really bother your furniture. I wouldn’t say I’m a lap cat, but I will gladly choose to sit next to my humans to relax. I do have some trauma in my past, so sometimes I can be insecure/scared around big sounds or people arguing. I also used to be what the vet called “obese” but the human who fostered me for 7 months helped me reach a healthy weight. Just be careful because I’ll eat all day long if you let me, so I can’t be trusted to be free fed. ? Once I’m comfortable in my home, I do love to talk to my humans, and sing a song of my people (cats) to request meals. I have lived with another cat in the past, and think it could make me more confident. I don’t think a house with children would be the best fit with my fear of loud noises. I’m looking for a forever home with someone who will give me grace as I adjust to your schedule, and will be firm about a feeding schedule. Someone to pamper me with love and give me lots of playtime! I would also like a kitty friend.
