Meet Missy! This sweetie pie came into TCHS with her siblings due to an unplanned litter on a farm. She was described as being the snuggliest one of the group. Missy has met cats, and dogs, and lived with children of all ages in his kittenhood and did well with all of them. We do recommend slow and proper introductions when introducing any animals. Putting animals face to face for a first meeting can create a stressful situation and may not have a positive outcome. If you have any questions on how to slowly and properly introduce animals please ask a staff member! It can take weeks or months for animals to settle into their new environment, so time and patience are your best tools. They should be fed measured portions of a high-quality cat food to help them maintain a healthy weight and long term health. They would love to have toys, a scratching post, and perches or beds to rest on. Any necessary supplies or toys can be purchased from the TCHS Re-Tail Shoppe. Donations and adoption fees help cover the cost of spay/neuter surgeries, microchipping, vaccinating, de-worming, any medical procedures and general care. Deposits may be placed on adoptable animals by calling 320-252-0896.
