Misha and Mickey

Many young cats we rescue this time of the year are “leftovers, yet survivors” from winter litters. They sadly were born outside and have endured the cold months. They have learned with their mothers how to either beg for food or find food. These kittens/teens are lucky because they ended up at the shelter and have a chance of finding real, loving homes. They will domesticate to homes but they will need more understanding. Start them in a quiet, small room and work with them. They are worth the chance! Mickey (Male) & Misha (Female) are brother and sister. They are about 12 weeks old. They are really coming around at the shelter as far as becoming friendly. They are bonded. They survived by eating food out of a grocery's store dumpster before they were trapped and brought to shelter. The shelter has an appointment only policy. We ask potential adopters to fill out our application, prior to a scheduled meeting. The staff is very accommodating, and we welcome any inquires.
