Mills is the silliest, happiest boy with a well-rounded affectionate personality. He is a huge wand fanatic and loves to play with his foster siblings. Once he is done being a goofball he finds his foster mom to cuddle up for his kitto nap. It is pretty obvious that Mills is going to be a majestic 'House Panther'! He has big paws and cute little white hairs running up his legs. His kitten modeling career is already in the works!
