The more Mesquite accustoms himself to life in his foster home, the more he reveals of his true personality. Now asking for chin scratches and full body pets in the morning and at night, he has the cutest chatter: a rolling, gentle meow to say “hi” and more demanding meows when he wants breakfast or dinner. Most adventurous at night, he loves playing on his tall cat tree, ripping around the room, jumping all over it, and slinking about like a bobcat when exploring new spaces. Not of fan of being cornered or approached too quickly, but fully litter box trained, he now needs a patient home that will give him time to settle in and mature into the meow-velous Mesquite he was meant to be.
