My Story
Meet Meadow!
Meadow is approximately a year old, is extra soft, sweet, curious, playful and overall just easy.
Meadow is a part of a bonded duo who truly cannot get enough of each other.
We often find Meadow perched up on something high. She loves her shaggy pink kitty bed that sits in front of her foster room window, and she will often look at you completely unbothered when you enter the room if she's up there. That's her happy place. Her zen.
Window watching is likely her favorite activity, maybe second only to snuggling with her kitty (and human) family. Their foster momma often wakes up in the morning with both Meadow and Pinto at her side. Both incredibly anxious for bed pets when the day gets started.
Not only do they start their day sweet -- These two girls end every playtime session with a cuddle puddle for some mutual grooming and purrs, but if you think they want to do this alone, you're wrong!
These snuggly girls FULL ON welcome humans to join in on their snuggles. While you're scratching one's back, that one will be making biscuits into the other's belly, and the one making biscuits will either be licking the other kitty or the human they've welcomed into their pack. All of this completed with the gentlest love bites one could ever receive. It truly is one massive cuddle puddle. Any cat lover's dream!!
Individually, Meadow is the most peopley of the pair. Pinto likes people, too, but Meadow really loves the pets and attention, and will bet the first to come right out and ask for it. Pinto takes a little more time to warm up, and she has to come to you for the lovins! (And she will, as soon as Meadow comes to you. She follows her leader!)
Meadow is down for almost ANY snack, and makes use of her scratcher tower like a good girl should.
Meadow LOVES to play with feathered wand toys, and she takes turns batting it back and forth with her sister. In addition to feathered wand toys, these two love a good spring toy and toy mouse. They really do know how to entertain themselves!
Meadow is extra special, in that she is the one who will let you hold her, cut her nails, etc. She's just easy.
These two girls were abandoned by their owner (an animal hoarder) on farmland. They were left to fend for themselves, and both of them were pregnant. They have come a long way, and are so ready for their forever home - together!
*Meadow and Pinto are spayed, vaccinated, microchipped, and tested negative for FIV/FELV.
