Approx DOB: July 2022
Maxine (ID#22075) is a sweet girl who likes a quiet life. At first, she tends to be shy and reserved when meeting new people, and prefers to hang back and observe. Once she feels comfortable, she really comes out of her shell! Maxine is a champion chaser of the laser light- she will jump, dive, and run endlessly in her quest to capture it. She also enjoys wand toys.
Maxine very much enjoys being brushed and head pets. When completing her observations, you can typically find her on the top of a cat tree or perched on a shelf by the window. Maxine also feels comfortable laying in comfy cat beds and hidey-holes, such as covered beds.
Maxine was previously adopted from Furry Friends Network, but sadly her human companion suffered a stroke and was no longer able to care for her. Maxine returned to FFN with her adopted brother Marshall, who is also available. They very much enjoy each other’s company and would love to be adopted together!
All cats are vaccinated, dewormed, treated with flea preventative, tested negative for FeLV/FIV, microchipped, and spayed/neutered prior to adoption.
Adoption application, phone interview, home visit, and adoption fee required (+ PA Sales tax). Adoption fees are:
Baby (Kittens up to 1 year) = $125
Young & Adult (1-7 years) = $100
Seniors (8+ years) = $80
Please also read our Core Values prior to applying at www.furryfriendsnetwork.com/adopt/our-expectations.
If you are interested in adopting a cat(s), we ask that you complete an on-line adoption application to get the process started. To apply, simply go to www.furryfriendsnetwork.com / Adopt a Furry Friend / Adoption Application. You will receive a welcome email once your application has been assigned to a volunteer processor (this should be within 72 hours of submitting an application). If you do not receive such an email, contact
[email protected]. Once your application has been processed (this can take approx. 10-14 days), we will arrange contact with the foster to schedule a time to meet cats you might be interested in. We are an all-volunteer organization and appreciate your patience during this process.
Foster Homes are needed in order to help more animals like this one. Please consider opening your heart and home to a homeless animal. Check out our website on how to become a Foster Parent!
