This is a private adoption that SOS posts as a courtesy. All follow ups need to be directed to the indicated party listed below description. Maxie is a 4 year old neutered male orange and white domestic shorthair who is a large cat at approximately 14 pounds (not overweight!). He is very sweet, playful, affectionate animal who has no health problems and has been an indoor-only cat. Due to a merge in households, both with cats, Maxie has not adjusted well to the additional felines in his house. This has been a tough decision to make, but we feel that since we can't seem to change the cat in this environment, the best thing may be to change the environment for the cat.
