We are so glad we rescued Matisse when we did, and he is so incredibly lucky!
He is a sweet senior we rescued from living on the streets of Norwich for at least eight years! We took him in because he had what looked like frostbite on the tips of both ears. When we took him to the vet it was determined it had turned into cancer.
Matisse underwent surgery to remove the cancerous tissue, which was a success! So far, the cancer has not returned since it was done over a year ago!
Unfortunately, his brother who looked identical to Matisse had to be euthanized because he had a much more severe case that could not be fixed.
