My Story

Math is hard y'all, but loving on Mathlete? That's as easy as sneaking a calculator into an algebra test! Mathlete is an extra sweet and squishy kitty who loves getting attention, and can often be found rolling around in her cage trying to bait you in for a tutoring session on the frequency of belly rubs (the answer is: all the time!). Mathlete was found stray while caring for her four newborn babies (they're currently still in foster care awaiting their debuts on the adoption page), so she was a little skittish at first but has been pretty open to making new friends now that she understands the dealio around hereio. We don't know much about her life before that, so what kind of toys she prefers or fabrics she likes to pass out on are a mystery to us. Mathlete recently had some dental work with us at PAWS, which included a full cleaning along with some extractions for a few broken teeth. She also has a low grade heart murmur (Grade 1/6), but doesn't require any medication or treatments for that. Age: ~2 years old How I came to PAWS: Found Stray Animal ID#: A56682 Meet me at: PAWS Adoption Center 100 North 2nd Street, Philadelphia, PA 19106 -238-9901 ext.30 **Our Old City Adoption Center prioritizes appointments made by already approved applicants, but we can accommodate browsers and walk-ins if and as our capacity allows.
