Marshmallow

This was the breakthrough we have all been waiting for with our sweet girl Marshmallow. Until recently, Marshmallow hasn't been interested in exploring the cat room. She has been content to stay in her kennel and would shy away from anything past that. We've been letting her out at night to explore when it is quiet and the next morning we came into her greeting us, seeking out affection, asking for attention, and purring! Marshmallow's eyes are scarred, but we do think that she can see still. She is deaf but, clearly, that doesn't stop her from living a great life! She asked us to relay that she would like to be the only kitty in her new home. We are absolutely loving seeing this side of Marshmallow and can only imagine how loving she would be in an environment that isn't stressful to her!
