Mario

For a cat who came to us with battle scars, Mario is surprisingly loving! It seems he knows now he no longer has to fight for his safety, and we’re happy to have given him a more peaceful place to live. Mario is at least 5 years old and has a great deal of personality! This handsome tabby is what we like to call a “Cat’s Cat” – an independent guy who knows what he likes and is not afraid to show it. Mario loves attention from people and is a very social guy, but he also has those times when he doesn’t want to be bothered. Give him a little time with his thoughts and he will soon be back asking for more attention with a look that is impossible to resist! He loves having his cheeks scratched and sometimes even rolls over and asks for a belly rubbing. Once you have won the heart of a cat like Mario, you have a friend for life. Mario has been waiting quite a while for his forever home and really hopes a cat lover will come by soon and open their loving home to him where he could be assured his daily allotment of chin scratches and belly rubs.
