Mama Cass

We are just finishing up a gig on S. Broadway tonight, so we thought we'd drop in and introduce ourselves before the big day tomorrow! We are MAMA CASS & THE ALL THAT JAZZ BABIES! We are going to have to bend your ear about another sad story, but you have to remember, that every story you hear about on these introduction posts, WILL have a happy ending, because all of us are safe now, and ready to get adopted into new families! Here's our story...our previous owner left us, and we know she did not mean to do that, and loved us very much. Sometimes humans get involved in things we don't understand, and sometimes those humans never come back, for reasons that we don't understand. Our humans didn't ever come back, and we were alone in an apartment for 2 weeks before help arrived. It was me, my 4 babies, and their daddy (named Papa Ellington). We were in pretty rough shape when we arrived to True Rescue almost 3 weeks ago. I have to say, I didn't know what we would have done, and you have to understand how deep our gratitude runs right now for being saved. We are all love bugs, and we are looking at life with a new and fresh outlook, and we'll show that to you, too! My babies are ready to be adopted, and I'm waiting to get spayed next week. I needed to put a little meat back on my bones before undergoing the surgery, but I'll be right behind them, and ready for adoption soon!
