Maizey ( sweet & Affectionate)

Meet Maizy Maizy is a beautiful long haired female calico cat that is super sweet This poor girl lived as an indoor outdoor cat with other cats until her owners moved and took all of the cats with them and left Maizy outdoors on the streets to fend for herself Maizy made her way into one of the neighbors yards and one day she showed up with a bloody eye . The neighbor put a plea for help on Facebook & a TNR volunteer went to rescue Maizy She did not have to trap her Maizy walked up to her asking for pets and giving her head butts Maizy was taken to safety and for medical care She is approximately 8 1/2 - 9 years old and she came up as FIV Positive Maizy meows to be pet and loves to be around people and she is enjoying her fluffy bed and purrs when you pet her and give her attention She took her eye drops like a champ and her eye is now healed We are looking for someone to adopt or foster to adopt this beautiful girl She did not deserve to be dumped and left outdoors We want to give Maizy a new start at a happy life She is FIV positive and can live a long beautiful life If anyone is interested in meeting Maizy or fostering or adopting her please fill out an application online : https://www.statenislandhopeanimalrescue.org/applications More pictures are on the way
