Affectionate and child-friendly! Meet Maia, an adorable brown tabby tuxedo lady with striking yellow eyes! If you have ever thought to yourself "I would love to find a sweet cat who likes belly pets, is playful, and adores snuggling," this is your girl! Maia has so much love to give! She is happy to let you scoop her up in your arms and carry her wherever you want, will race you up and down the stars, and likes to crawl in your lap for extra pets or to be brushed. She will also purr lovingly while you give her affection and has been known to repay her caregivers in kisses and love nibbles. Maia has a playful side and is easily entertained by toys of all kinds, though she really likes wands with feathers, birds, or other attachments that she can chase and bat with her paws. She also enjoys a nice window perch where she can take in the wildlife and relax. Maia is approximately 3 years old and likes adults and children. She has been exposed to dogs and cats, but we think she may be best as an only pet as she can become overwhelmed by furry companions. Maia did have an incident of urinary crystals and should be fed a Urinary Diet so that the crystals don't reoccur. It's no big deal though, she loves food!
