My Story

Magnolia is a serene and gentle soul, with a soft purr and a peaceful demeanor. She's a quiet cat who observes the world around her with a curious gaze, preferring to spend her days lounging in the sunbeams that stream through the windows. Despite her reserved nature, she has a deep affection for her humans and enjoys being petted and cuddled on her own terms. Magnolia is looking for a forever home where she can continue to live in peace and quiet. She'd thrive in an environment with gentle owners who understand her need for calmness and serenity. If you're looking for a quiet companion who will bring calmness and tranquility to your life, Magnolia would make the purr-fect addition to your family! Adoptable cats/kittens are spayed/neutered, started on core vaccines per shelter protocols, microchipped, FIV/FeLV tested, and started on monthly preventatives. Adoptions hours (no appointment needed) are M/T/W/F 10 am - 12 pm and 2 pm -4 pm; TH 10 am -12 pm and 2 pm -6 pm, and SAT 9 am -1 pm. To schedule an appointment outside of those hours, and/or to learn more information regarding a particular animal, please call the Feline Department at 410-848-4810 ext 822. If no one answers, please leave a detailed message with your name and phone number, and the call will be returned by end of business Monday - Friday. Adopters can prepare for their visit by being 21 years of age or older, having permission from their landlord to bring a new pet into their household, having some form of ID that shows their current address, and by bringing a suitable carrier to take their new companion home in. The adoption fee can be paid using cash, debit or credit and is based on age: Cats 1 year and younger are $75; cats 2 years to 7 years are $50; and 8 years and older are $25.
