My Story

Meet the feline legend straight from Oman - the one and only Mad Max! This 1.5-year-old sweet and affectionate boy isn't just a cat; he's a talkative companion ready to rev up your conversations all day long. Mad Max has a passion for attention and won't hesitate to ask for it – he's a true master of the meow! A lap cat through and through, Mad Max is ready to be by your side 24/7, making him the ultimate road warrior of companionship. This handsome boy is not just wonderful but also a great conversationalist, ensuring you'll never feel lonely with him around. It's important to know that Mad Max is talkative; and we aren't kidding! But don't worry, he is totally healthy and the loud meowing is not from pain or medical issues. He just has a lot of opinions! His future adopter should be ok with having a Chatty Cathy in the house. If you're ready to welcome a feline sidekick who brings charm to your home, don't miss out on the chance to adopt this adventurous kitty. Apply now, and let the conversations and cuddles with Mad Max begin! ------------- If you are interested in adopting, please fill out our online adoption application by copying and pasting the following link into your browser: http://thecatconnection.org/adopt/adoption-application/ Following the instructions and filling out this application rather than emailing us will get you a quicker response. Please also consider fostering as an alternative to adoption. To learn more, go to: http://thecatconnection.org/get-involved/foster/ Adoption Fee (effective 3/15/24) < 12 mos. $375 1-4 yrs $300 5-9 yrs. $250 10+ yrs. $125 These fees fund spay/neutering, microchipping, vaccinations, and combo testing (feline leukemia and FIV) for your adopted cat, rescue efforts, shelter, and veterinary care. Our policy is to adopt kittens in pairs. We find that kittens are much happier when they have a companion and they tend to expend their youthful energy on each other rather than on your couch! Kittens are adorable, but older cats can be wonderful pets as well and they tend to be overlooked, so please consider adopting an adult cat or two! The Cat Connection is a not-for-profit 501(c)(3)organization of volunteers who rescue homeless cats. To find out more about us, please visit our website: http://thecatconnection.org/
