Meet Luffy! This little guy with the crazy ear hair is on the smaller side and does take a little more time to warm up/settle in than his siblings. When he's comfortable, he is super cuddly and loves to hang out and chill in your lap. He has the cutest little meow and is more on the vocal side. He may be smaller, but he doesn't mind competing with his siblings for his chance with the toy. Luffy would do best adopted with one of siblings (Stewie, Katsu) who can help him to feel secure in a new environment. Otherwise, he will need another kitty in the home to play with teach him and teach him what he needs to know.
