Meet Luffy! Luffy is an adorable little boy that is still getting used to the shelter. He is shy at first but warms up after some cuddles. He would do best in a home that is loving and patient. Once he is comfortable, he will become a delightful companion. To meet Luffy, complete an online application at www.washingtonpashelter.org or visit during walk through hours on Tuesday 1pm - 7pm and Wednesday through Saturday 1pm - 4pm.
