Lucy came from a colony where many cats were living an indoor/outdoor life at a roofing company. She was trapped, spayed and medically treated before being released back to the colony. Unfortunately, the company where they were living closed and there was no longer anyone to feed them and no way for them to get out of the elements. Lucy was brought to us March 21, 2023 in hopes that someone would give her the opportunity to find a home. She is a very shy cat who will need space and time and of course, patience. Lucy may never be the cuddly cat and may even be just one of those "from a distance" shadow cats but it would be a shame not to give her a chance. Many times these less friendly cats do come around to understand and appreciate a loving home.
