Meet Liza! She is as tiny as a kitten, it is hard to believe she is a little old lady! This girl's main goal in her retirement is to spend as much of her time cuddling her humans and sitting on their laps as possible. She loves all people, and gives a warm welcome to every visitor by jumping right onto their lap! She is gentle with children and would never ever swat or bite. Liza is definitely the "queen bee type and doesn't like to share your attention with other pets, so she would like to be the apple of your eye and your ONLY "fur baby. This sweet angel will never leave your side, and certainly will remind you when it is time for dinner with her hilarious raspy meow as she prances around you! She is very food motivated and can be a bit naughty ... so if your bowl of yogurt or slice of pizza magically disappears, we have an idea of who it might have been!! She is also extremely fond of socks, and will lovingly collect 5-10 pairs from throughout the house for you as a gift. We aren't sure if she thinks they are prey, or her babies, but regardless it is very cute! The wonderful thing about adopting our sweet senior snuggle bug Liza is that you already know exactly what you're getting - an adorable, gentle lap cat who is just an absolute LOVE. After her owner passed away, she has been longing for a new lap to call home. We hope that lap is yours!
