Little Girl - Cali

Her official name is Little Girl, approximately six-year-old spayed female, a very petite, short-haired calico. She is 100% indoors, but longs to go out (so I really have to be careful opening the door). She sheds very little. Little Girl is so easy to love. She is very friendly and talkative and has the most charming way of standing on her rear legs so I can better pet her. She prefers not to be held or carried, but loves to cuddle. She prefers to sleep on top of me, but will settle for a pillow next to me, if she has to. She wants lots of snuggles, and her fur is the silky softest. Her favorite thing, next to affection, is my fleece robe. She purrs and kneads it so happily. She likes catnip and to play with toys and imaginary prey and sheets and blankets. She is very gentle when I play with her, keeping her claws put away if I'm holding the toy she's reaching for. I got her a nice scratching post, and I have not had any trouble with scratching. However, she has snagged my blankets a time or two when she was in crazy blanket-attack mode. She is a wonderful, wonderful pet who would probably do best in a home without small children or other pets You can call Amanda at: 412-758-2426 if wish to adopt her. Amanda is a volunteer at our shelter and she resuced and is caring for Little Girl. There is a $25.00 rehoming fee, that's all! Call Amanda since Little Girl is not at our shelter but very close by so if seeing her at the shelter is easier for you just let Amanda know that when you call her.
