My Story

CT residents only DOB 8/30/16 Lenny was adopted as a kitten and returned after 7 years because members of his family became allergic to him and the new dog was harassing him. Lenny did not receive good care from his first family and came back to us with a few untreated issues. We gave him some extra TLC after his return and his health is now stable and he is a happy guy in his foster home. Lenny is on heart & blood pressure meds which he eats in his food. His crumpled ears are the result of untreated ear infections during his first home stay. He's had a recent echo cardiogram that showed his heart is stable. The vet recommends that he receive an echo every 6-12 months, going forward, to check in. With these supports, his health is stable. Lenny is a LOVE. In his foster home he has blossomed as a mellow, loving guy! He lounges and plays some. He purrs and chills. He cheerfully welcomes guests to the home. He would do best in a home alone or an older cat (NO dogs). We’d love to find him a home who can make up for the 7 years of missing care he had.
