Furgus was rescued from a family moving away. He is a 3 yr. old neutered male purebred persian. He came to us in pretty rough shape and has since been professionally groomed (we were able to save most of his hair despite horrible matting) and cleaned up. He should be indoor only and does great with other cats, dogs and kids.
Furgus is very mellow and down to earth. He loves to cuddle and sleep with you at night. He purrs Very Loudly! He needs to go to an owner who will be very committed to him. Daily combing ( he loves it!) and eye wiping is a must. He tends to dribble food on his little chin as well. He also needs to be on a hairball control food. Because of the shape of his mouth and poor nutrition prior to coming to foster, Furgus will need his teeth cleaned sometime in the next year or so. I have fostered literally hundreds of cats and Furgus is on my top 5 list for all-time best personalities!
