Kramer is a handsome guy but what we would consider semi-feral. He will not immediately hiss and growl at you but he also makes it very clear he is terrified and does not want to be touched. If you pursue/insist, he will run, if you corner him then he will resort to hissing (and potentially whapping). He is very comfortable with other cats.
