But don't let his snoring fool you, Kiwi is an active and playful cat who loves to cuddle up on your lap or explore around the house. As a Domestic Shorthair, Kiwi has a striking coat with unique patterns that make him stand out. His laid-back nature makes him the perfect companion for those quiet nights in, but don't be fooled, he's always ready for a good play session. Kiwi is a social butterfly who loves to meet new people and make friends. He's the ultimate people-pleaser and will instantly win you over with his affectionate and charming personality. His clever and easygoing nature makes him a joy to be around. You'll find yourself constantly smiling in his presence. Kiwi does have a chronic condition that affects his breathing, but his vet says it's just a quirk of his character. He may snore a bit louder than most cats, but it's just a way for him to express his happiness and contentment. You'll always know where Kiwi is, as he loves to follow his favorite humans around and even cuddle up close while they sleep. Kiwi has been tested and is negative for FELV/FIV. When it comes to other animals, Kiwi is a social kitty who gets along well with cats. Each of our animals are microchipped, up to date on their vaccines, dewormed, and flea treated. If it is age appropriate, they are spayed or neutered and given their rabies. Unless it is otherwise noted in their medical history, our cats are not FELV/FIV tested. This may be done at the request of an adopter and at their expense. The adoption fee of each of our animals is listed underneath their pictures on their biography page. If you would like more information, please click on the adopt button and fill out the Adoption form and that will be forwarded to the foster home so you can speak with them about the pet. Our adoptions are done on a first come first service basis unless a hold is placed on the pet(s). The hold is for up to 7 days and may be done when the Adoption Contract is submitted. You may place a hold by paying the Hold Fee of $25 per pet. The Hold Fee of $25 is Non-Refundable and will be in addition to the Adoption Fee. You may instead pay the full Adoption Fee which will also hold the pet(s). After 7 days, if the pet(s) have not been picked up, any fees paid will be forfeited and will be considered a donation to Hands 'N Paws Animal Assistance. We are a fostered based organization. Each of our animals are kept in individual homes where their foster parents can get to know them to help them find the best possible home. As space is available they may also be available at Petco in Moses Lake or Petsmart in downtown Bellevue. We will also be doing adoption events at Hale's Farm and Feed in Ephrata, WA on the 2nd Saturday of each month from 10am - 2pm.
