Sweet Pea is one of five kittens surrendered to Safe Haven when they could no longer be cared for. They came to us well socialized, healthy, happy, and rambunctious. They are just as you would expect kittens to be, with time spent between being over active and happy nappers. Sweet Pea was originally the runt of the litter but he makes up for his smaller size with his adorable growl when he is playing with his toy mouse.
Our policy at Safe Haven is that kittens must be adopted in pairs since they are usually bonded to their litter mates. An exception can be made if there is an uneven number of kittens and the adoptive home has a kitten who needs a companion. These kittens would love an active and attentive family who understand the joys and challenges that come with kittens. Respectful children who understand how to treat and handle fragile kittens are welcome.
