My Story
HAM
If you think “Ham” is a funny name for a kitten, my foster mom thought so, too, but now that my zany personality has blossomed, she thinks it’s pretty fitting! Not only am I a very handsome, buttery soft, buff-colored little guy with tuft-y ears, but I am the most outgoing, loving, affectionate – and, yes, sometimes slightly silly - little kitten you will ever meet! Sometime I even fall over myself trying to get to people for every little bit of attention I can possibly get. And my almost constant purr can be heard across the room… maybe further? I truly cannot wait to find my new family – hopefully, it will be full of all kinds of people (I LOVE everyone), all ages/sizes, and maybe a few other cats – I might even get along with a gentle dog? My only requirement other than love: my beautiful sister, Hada, must come with me. Oh, yes, and, I do love to eat.
HADA
Beautiful black cat lovers, take note! I am Hada, and I am just the loveliest little black kitten! I am very friendly and gentle, but, fortunately, I have slightly better manners than my brother, Ham. I have lots of kitten energy, but I can wait my turn for attention and petting, and am a bit more dignified as any truly “respectable” cat should be. I do love to play – I especially like to chase things – catnip mice, balls, and those funny little coil toys send me zooming around the room. I also like to be petted or brushed, and will turn on my big purr at times like that. So, Ham and I are waiting for our new family – don’t miss your chance on a great pair of kittens.
To meet Hada and Ham at PFC you must have an application on file with us and been pre-approved to adopt a cat or kittens. Our adoption hours are intended for pre-approved adopters. An application for pre-approval to adopt can be picked up at the shelter during adoption hours or sent by email to be filled out and brought in. Once you have been pre-approved, you are welcome to come to the shelter during adoption hours to be shown the cats.
