Meet Kipling! Kipling was dropped at an animal control facility in a box overnight. He was found the next morning. He is such a lover and enjoys being held and sucking up all the attention he can get! He is also a great lap cat. Even though he was thrown away by his original owner, he loves people very much and is waiting patiently for his second chance at a new life!
