With her adorable little voice and big yell when it's time to eat, Kimber will steal your heart. She has a playful spirit, often running up and down the hall and jumping for wand toys. Kimber loves watching birds and squirrels from the window, finding this activity more captivating than any TV show. Kimber was isolated as a kitten due to ringworm, so she has slowly socialized over time. She would thrive with an experienced adopter who is patient and can give her the time she needs to adjust to her new home. She will do well with adults and teenage children. She tends to bond closely with one cat friend at a time, so she'll need to be adopted into a home with another friendly resident cat to keep her company. Kimber prefers a quiet and predictable environment. She doesn't like loud noises and will make a quick exit if things get too noisy, like during coffee grinding or thunderstorms. While she isn't a lap cat and doesn't enjoy being picked up, she will surprise you with her affectionate moments when she comes to you for pets.
