Sweet Katrina came in nursing a litter of 5 because they were all going to be euthanized for space at a rural NC shelter. Although we really didn't have room, we gave her a bathroom to ween her kittens and get healthy. Will bad upper respiratory and eye infections, they came in like a hurricane! So we gave them all hurricane names. The kittens are doing well now and will also be available for adoption. Katrina is sweet, young and playful. She was a great mom and will get along with other cats if they don't pick on her. She doesn't seem to mind the dog in her foster home. She would do well with respectful children.

We only adopt kittens and young cats out within a one hour radius of Wilmington, NC to those over 21 years old. Occasionally we make exceptions for adult cats, but we are not a transport company.
