Kanga is definitely a shoulder kitty and will climb up there if given the chance. He was dumped out in the country as a 6 week old kitten and came to us very scared and not very friendly. He has made a remarkable turn-a-round. He will seek you out for attention and has a purr that won't quit. He loves to be a lap boy as well. He has a wonderful personality.
