My Story

* Jyn is in a foster home, please email [email protected] if you are interested! * Meet Jyn (A174719)! Jyn is just five years young and looking for a loving home! Jyn lost her home because her guardian had to move to a no pet home. Jyn was adopted as a kitten and raised in an indoor only home with children now ages 9 and 11, as well as a very docile goldendoodle dog. Jyn is very loveable and will come right up and get face-to-face with you to ask for snuggles and pets. She loves plush blankets and will purr and knead and lay next to you for hours while you watch a movie. Jyn is playful and loves catnip toys and crinkle balls and will leap in the air to catch a feather wand toy. Jyn loves to scratch on cardboard scratchers. Jyn can be shy with new people and situations, so it is important to be patient and give her time to get used to new things. Although Jyn grew up with a dog, the dog was very docile and respected her space. Jyn would do best with the same type of dog personality. Although Jyn grew up with kids, she prefered cuddling with mom and would do best with older kids who are gentle with cats and will give her space if she needs it. Jyn is a loveable, sweet girl. Please come to the shelter to spend some time with her! All animals are up-to-date on vaccinations (including rabies if over 4 months old), microchipped, and spayed or neutered. All dogs have been been vaccinated with DHPP and Bordatella (kennel cough) and heartworm tested negative (if over 6 months). All cats have been vaccinated with FVRCP and current on flea control.
