My Story

**NOTE: All AVA kittens under 12 months of age MUST be adopted in pairs or to a home with another young cat. AVA does not accept applications for single kittens** Juno is a spirited grey tabby with a heart as big as her curiosity. Juno might be the smallest among her siblings, but she makes up for it with her vibrant personality. She fearlessly joins in playful scuffles with her brothers and sisters, showing a feisty side that belies her size. Although she can be shy around new people, Juno has a soft spot for her siblings and prefers their company over anything else. Once you earn Juno's trust, you'll discover her affectionate side. When she's in the mood for pets, her purrs are loud and accompanied by a charming chirping sound that's uniquely hers. Juno is an explorer at heart, always eager to engage with various toys and claiming the highest perch on the cat tree as her favorite spot to observe the world. Would you like to make Juno a part of your family? Please complete our online application found at: avacats.org/adopt/adoption-form. Our adoption fees cover vetting and include spay/neuter, age appropriate vaccines (initial FVRCP and rabies), flea treatment, two dewormings and microchipping. Adoption fees are $275 for each kitten up to 12 months old. Please note that fees may apply for additional required vaccinations (at $75 per booster) due prior to adoption. Total adoption fees will be confirmed by the AVA Adoption Coordinator. All AVA kittens 12 months or younger must be adopted in pairs or go to a home with another young cat (3 years or younger). Kittens learn from each other how to behave, which helps them turn into well-adjusted adult cats. In general, paired cats have happier and healthier lives because they have a constant companion and playmate. Plus, it’s twice the fun for you, and half the work!
