Joyce and her kittens came to the SPCA from a rural property with a large population of cats and kittens. Joyce has experience living with other animals but has been exposed to various parasites and viruses. She has undergone treatments for all the parasites, been vaccinated, and is now healthy. However, because of her exposure to illnesses like Calicivirus, there is a possibility of her being a carrier, meaning she needs to be an indoor cat and either be the only feline in his home or with a cat who has had the same exposure and up to date on vaccinations.
