Jordan

Jordan is a 14 year old male tuxedo that was picked up by animal control after being left outside by his former owners. Jordan was brought in to the shelter unable to go to the bathroom as a normal cat due to a condition known as “megacolon.” After receiving treatment and being placed on lactulose, which helps break down tough particles of food in his colon, Jordan has experienced relief from the life he once had. Jordan is extremely sweet, affectionate and vocal when he wants your attention. It is unknown if he has lived with any other pets however, he may do well with another calm cat in the house and certainly with any human that is willing to give him a calm place to walk around and explore. Jordan loves being pet and told he’s a good boy and will go for his dry food when you pet him. While having a “megacolon” is something that sounds scary, as long as Jordan stays on his lactulose, he can live a normal life the best he can.
