Jonas

Jonas was adopted on January 9, 2010 by a nice lady with dogs to play with. When you think of a cat, what do you see? An animal that is dignified, maybe a little snooty? Not me! That is because I would rather be a dog than a cat. If you are thinking about adopting a cat, but you are not sure if a cat would go along with your doggie household? No more worries, because I am your man! I was rescued by a CAAWS volunteer when I was a small kitten. I was then placed in a foster home with a young lady who had a giant, goofy lab. As a result I walk like a dog, act like a dog, and sometimes I even “talk” like a dog! That means I growl a little bit when I’m feeling frisky or unhappy. Of course, the only reason I am ever unhappy is because I’m stuck in a shelter with a bunch of other cats. My foster mom couldn’t take care of me anymore, plus she thought I should be “socialized” with other cats. I thought I was perfect the way I was, but whatever! I can at least say I tolerate other cats now, but I would much rather be sharing a sofa with you and your pup! Sometimes, I am at Petsmart on Saturdays, but it is best to call ahead. You wouldn’t want to miss seeing me! Jonas was born approximately 3/08, is up to date on shots, and neutered.
