Joe is a stunning boy who was born at the orphanage. He was adopted out for a short time, however, the adopters were not kitten savvy and decided it would be best for him to find a better suited home. Joe has a lot of kitten energy, which means he may play rough. That's normal. With the right stimulation and plenty of attention, he will be an amazing addition to any home.
