Jewel was adopted out as a kitten, then turned in to a shelter. That person is now on a local Do Not Adopt list! This sweet and loving cat was somehow traumatized, reacted by peeing outside the box, then thrown out like trash. We will have her medically examined, but it is was likely a stress reaction. She has not done it again since being in foster care. This girl deserves another chance with a family who won't stress her out and will take her to a vet if she gets sick, not a shelter.
