Meet Java! This petite lady came to AHS in June 2024 as a stray and is ready to find her forever home. Java is full of spunk and would love to find a home that lets her personality shine to it's fullest capabilities. Java loves to play, play, play! Whether it's with toys or tussling with your hands, Java will make it work. She is certainly not picky when it comes to what she gets her energy out on! This energetic kitty loves curling up in comfy hideaways for a nap and to stalk and bat her toys around! Enclosed beds or boxes are a huge hit with Ms. Java. We have not seen Java extensively interact with other furry friends while on our adoption floor but we are open to trying her in a home with an animal pal for company! Java has not quite learned yet that fingers and hands are not toys and may do best with young humans who understand that she is not being mean and who can help her learn that appropriate toys are more fun then chomping fingers!
