Jasper is a 2-year old neutered male gray & white domestic short hair. Jasper's heartbroken owner had no choice but to give him up due to home foreclosure. He had quite a rough life before he was rescued as a stray in a parking lot in New Jersey and has learned what it's like to becoming domesticated. He is friendly and loves attention.
