Jasper is another little sweetie who has gotten his second chance! Thanks to some kindly people taking him in and placing him with us, Jasper doesn't have to live life on the street anymore. Starving, cold and alone, Jasper did not think that he would have another chance but he got one and you can make him come full circle by giving him a place to call home forever! What a little spitfire! this little guy is full of playful energy. Jasper is a lover and is happiest being the center of attention! He is neutered and vacc and he will be ready to go home soon.
