Jasper is a 4 year old kitty. He’s people friendly, gets along with other cats and likes his ears and chin massaged. He enjoys making biscuits on your lap and figure eights around your ankles. He loves to look out the window, play with cat toys (the wand kind with a dangling feathers) and his scratching post.
