I'm Jasper, and I was surrendered as a kitten. I'm shy at first, but if someone will give me time to feel safe, they'll soon see I'm a gentle loveable fellow. I enjoy gentle pets, and love snuggling with other cats. I definitely have a playful side, and especially love wand toys!
