Hi there. I'm Jake. (DOB 11-24-20) What can I tell you about me? Well, I love pets and I don't mind being held. I am a big boy at just under 13 lbs. I get along great with other kitties, too. I was found living outside. Other cats were mean to me out there and I was so scared. The lady that found me brought me to the rescue so I could find my furever home. I did test positive for FIV but that doesn't mean I can't live with other cats. I wouldn't hurt a fly. I would do best in a home with people to snuggle me and a kitty friend or two. I have never been around dogs. Jake has been neutered, given age/weight appropriate vaccines, and dewormed. The adoption fee is $125. Adoption fees include neuter, age appropriate vaccines and deworming. IMPORTANT: A preadopt application must be filled out and approved before we will make special arrangements to meet a cat/kitten. A volunteer will review your application and contact you if your application is approved or if further clarification is required. We will make every attempt to contact APPROVED applicants within three business days of application submission (M-F). Paws adopts to homes that are best fits for our animals needs, and not on a first-come, first-serve basis.
