Jackson

Jackson is a gentle soul seeking a loving home to call his own. Jackson is a sweet boy with golden eyes that get as big as saucers when he goes into hunting mode to capture a toy. Entice him with a feather teaser and you will swear he is channeling Puss n Boots. Give him a ball on a track and Jackson will gladly keep himself entertained. His silky soft fur is mostly black with the exception of the white patches on his belly and the heart shaped one on his chest. Jackson loves being scratched on his chin and petted. He has relaxed enough to roll to his back exposing his belly and seems to like having it rubbed. While Jackson is not a fan of being picked up he does not mind leaning into his foster Mom's legs and playing coy to get attention. He is constantly reaching out and kneading with his front paws, but he has never used them in malice. Jackson joined Merlin's as a young kitten knowing only living out doors. He has blossomed and become comfortable looking out the window and climbing high on his cat tree. He has since grown to love the comforts of home and to trust his foster family, including the younger child. He will meow and give kisses to tell you how much he appreciates the quality time together. While he didn't originally seek out play with the other foster kittens, he started to desire interaction with the foster family's cats as he adjusted to his foster home. Jackson is such a sweet boy and deserves to find someone that matches his patience and gentleness.
