Say cheese! Meet Mozzi (male, Mozzarella), Brie (female), Monterey (male), Jack (male), and Colby (male). These sweet babies were born on May 8th, just a day after their mom, Aussie (Asiago) came into our care. Mom came to us from another rescue who was trapping. When the other rescue realized she was too far along to spay, they asked if we could take her into care - of course! - and not even 24 hours later - kittens!
Mozzi (Mozzarella) is the runt and the most popular of the litter. He can be a diva at times and loves attention and loves being held. When it's time for dinner he will be the loudest - screaming and squealing and climbing the cage and everyone follows along as though they are at a concert waiting to meet a famous rockstar! Mozzi has medium to long fur and is a mama's boy. He will need to be adopted with a littermate.
Brie is the only girl in the litter and is simply gorgeous! She has the colors of a calico on her head, but her body is a unique smoked black/gray, meaning the fur lightens from the body/base to the end. It almost looks peppered. Brie is also a quiet kitten and would probably best be paired with Mozzi, but doesn't have to be. She enjoys playing with her brothers - climbing, running, and wrestling, but when the drama of a canned food dinner hits...she is OUT. She will climb up in the climber and wait til the drama dies down and the food is served, and then will join her family for dinner. Drama is not her thing.
Monterey and Jack are pretty much twins. They are orange tabby with a small white stripe on their noses, white chests and paws and lightly striped tails. They enjoy running, wrestling, playing with a scrunchy ball, and are a bit more outgoing than their siblings. When something is going on, they are the first to investigate.
Colby is a handsome guy, like his siblings. He is orange with less white than the others. Colby is also more outgoing, but not quite as much as his brothers, Monterey and Jack. Colby may take a step forward, but then hangs in the background until he evaluates the situation and decides if he wants to get involved.Colby like to wrestle and play, climb on his climber, and play with toys.
This litter loves to play and cuddle, but are a bit on the shy and quiet side, so would need a quiet, low activity home either with adults or cat-friendly kids over the age of 8 years old. Preference given to those who adopt 2 or more. There is a $55 discount when you adopt 2.
All are/will be dewormed, will be spayed/neutered, have received 2 FVRCP vaccines and will get a rabies vaccine at 4 months, will be combo tested, and are microchipped with a lifetime registration. You won't be paying to register every year - it's done for you. Is life beginning to "grate" on you? Need something cheesy? Let us know, because they are the cheesiest!
