My Story

Meet the Cats of Gettysburg at the Kitty Corner by Forever Love Rescue NERVOUS BUT SWEET Meow! My name is Jack. My estimated date of birth is 5/3/2024. I am a quiet, gentle kitty who is still a bid timid when meeting new people. I've recently learned what purring is and "making biscuits" is. I am turning out to be a really sweet boy and will just need a family with a little bit of patience. Once I come out of my shell, I am a lover. I am playful and enjoy almost any toy and playing with my sister Diane. I would love it if we were adopted together, but it is not required. I get along with other cats, have not been around dogs, and would do best in a home with older considerate children only due to being startled by sudden movements and loud sounds. I am at kitty corner, ask to meet me when you visit!Meet the #CatsOfGettysburg - Apply to adopt at bit.ly/AdoptFLR and we will help you find the purr-fect kitty for your family! Visit dozens of our adoptable cats and kittens at our Kitty Corner adoption center 39 Queen St in historic Gettysburg PA on any Saturday or Sunday from 11am-3pm. All of the cats listed are located in or near Gettysburg unless otherwise noted. Please note that while we work hard to keep our available cats up to date we also have many that are not posted yet. Adoption fees are $60 for adult cats and kittens over 6 months old, $100 for kittens (under 6 months) and $30 for senior cats (7 years+) to help cover vet bills for spay/neuter, basic vaccinations, testing, microchips and preventatives. No cat will be officially adopted without being spayed/neutered and vaccinated (unless there are health risks in doing so). We highly recommend adopting kittens in pairs and we do discount for double adoptions here to encourage it. We are always in need of donations to help us continue to save hundreds of cats and kittens every year. Visit bit.ly/DonateFLR for more info. Be sure to check us out on Facebook at bit.ly/KittyCornerFB and "LIKE" our page and share our posts! SAVING ONE CAT MAY NOT CHANGE THE WORLD...BUT FOR THAT ONE CAT, THE WORLD CHANGES FOREVER!
