Considered a good luck kitty for her gorgeous coat color, Izma (eez-ma) is an incredibly gentle and affectionate girl who has all the best qualities of a typical tortie minus the tortitude! She is incredibly sweet and loves to be pet. She also has the softest fur that we like to say feels like rabbit fur, it’s that soft! Izma enjoys playing with toys and exploring high places. Her favorite place to nap is in a window bed soaking up all the sun. The only time her tortitude ever makes an appearance is if her fosters’ beagle gets a little too curious about her, so we think it’s best if she goes to a home without a pup.
As with most cats, Izma will need time to adjust to her new home, although we believe she’ll need less time than many of our formerly feral kitties. However, it may still take up to three months or more for her to fully adapt to her new home. Izma would do best in a quieter home with other friendly cats, and no dogs or small children. Preference will go to those willing to adopt Izma with Tina or Freya, with a discounted, combined adoption fee of $250.
