My Story

Ivy is a sweet girl who is looking for her forever home to live out her golden years! Once Ivy warms up to you, she is affectionate and loves to purr! Ivy is hoping you will apply to meet her! ***ESSENTIAL INFO: *Good with other cats. *Litter-trained. *Fully socialized/friendly. *Fixed. *Rabies and FVRCP vaccinated. *FIV/FeLV negative. ***ADOPTERS WELCOME! Community Cat Project is a nonprofit organization dedicated to promoting the welfare of community cats and rescuing as many friendly cats and kittens as possible. We believe open, progressive adoption policies save lives. We do not have rigid requirements of adopters. Our goal is to match you with the best cat for you and your household, and find a loving home for our cats and kittens. ***MEET OUR KITTENS: All cats and kittens are fostered in private homes to ensure they receive all the individualized attention and playtime that they deserve. This allows us not only to save kittens from growing up in a shelter environment, but also to communicate transparently with adopters about their personality traits. We are extremely responsive and flexible when it comes to scheduling visits. Please select the soonest day you are available for a visit in the adoption form, and we will work with you to make that happen. ***ADOPTION FORM: https://form.jotform.com/232266247399062 If you are interested in adopting, please complete our adoption form today! We will generally respond within 24 hours to schedule your visit and/or confirm the adoption if you are interested in adopting prior to meeting. ***ADOPTION PROCESS: Once you decide to adopt, we will have you sign the adoption summary that contains an Adopter Information Packet, the cat's veterinary records, and a receipt for your donation. Because we are a 501(c)(3) nonprofit charity, your adoption fee is a tax-deductible donation. We offer post-adoption support and counseling, and are always here if you have questions. We hope everything works out well with your new cat, but we understand that sometimes, the cat you bring home is not a fit for you and your family. That’s okay! Our team is here to support you through the difficult decision to return your pet to Community Cat Project if it isn’t working out, and we will take them back, no questions asked. @CLEcatproject www.communitycatproject.org/adopt
